The Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Toronto is a state authority for foreign relations of the Russian Federation exercising consular functions on behalf of the Russian Federation within the boundaries of its consular district on the territory of Canada.
The Consulate General's consular district includes four canadian provinces: Ontario (excluding Ottawa), Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan.

The Legal Section of the Consulate General is opened for public only by prior appointment daily, except weekends and holidays, from 09:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The Visa Section of the Consulate General is opened for public only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, except holidays, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Starting August 25, 2014, the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Toronto accepts visa applications submitted through authorized Russian Visa Centre "Invisa Logistics Services Canada Ltd" only.
